The Traveler

 

I love to travel — be it in faraway fairytale lands or to breathtaking deep blue waters, or to cozy little cafes.  I have been amazed, fascinated, and fallen deeply in love with so many places.

I will be sharing my travel photos here, as well as tips and links, places to see, or perhaps, people to call.  But that’s about it.  If you need more information, there’s always google.  =)  And then, go, travel.  We might just cross each other’s path.  And when we do, don’t forget to say hello.

I love to travel mainly because — let me borrow the words of my friend Ana Escalante from her last email to me – my spirit needs to fly here and there to be true to itself.

And oh, my name is Aileen.  My close friends prefer to call me Siroy.  In biblical Armenian, it means love, affection, delight.  

I’m a development communications consultant and has worked with international development orgs.  In between my consulting jobs and my favorite TV shows, I’m into photography, makeup, and accessories designing (have been designing for more than three years).  I design cards, too.  Next year, my paper products will be out in the market.  *crossing my fingers and toes*
